Bio

Born in the seventies. Wife, children, some pets. Currently living in Oulu.

I have more than 20 years of experience working on web projects. Started with designing and coding simple sites and quickly moved to complex web applications. I like working in multidisciplinary teams and solving problems together. My interests are heavily in front-end development and UX, but I am not afraid of the backend side either. Modern development stacks have always been close to me, which means constantly learning something new. Been working with languages from Perl to PHP, early stages of HTML to dynamic sites with CSS and JavaScript.

I can communicate fluently in English and Finnish, both written and spoken and I'm not afraid of Swedish either.

My hobbies include learning and trying new web technologies along with photographing, playing and listening to music and gaming.

I gratuated from Haapajärven Kauppaoppilaitos in 1995, Vocational qualification in business and administration.

I also did the photoshoot for Oulu Firefighters 2007 calendar.
